This workshop engages participants in the  understanding of the intergenerational, historic trauma, the impacts of residential schools, 60 scoop, the Indian Act, the relocation to reserve lands and provides a deeper understanding of today's current realities Indigenous people experience (education retention, lack of employment, lack of housing, additions, lack of culture, language, domestic violence, over representation in the corrections, child welfare and MMIWG2S+
